One needs to personally come to the specific bureau with a filled form and without any photo - they will take it for you there.

The requirements for a new driver's license or its extension are basically the same as an ID. In case you're making a request for an ID with e-readable information, you can give us your digitalized photo which we are able to produce and customize according to requirements of Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. The bureau will process your request with you along with taking the photo for the ID. If you're either requesting a new ID or extending your ID legitimation for Czech citizenship, you cannot use your own photo. After the photoshoot it takes around 10 minutes for you to leave either with your prints or a digital file.
